When we started mediaire, it was all centered around co-creating an excellent product, and it has been on the CEO agenda ever since. As we and our product portfolio are growing quickly, we look for an experienced, bright, and curious Product Manager who will be crucial in transforming user needs, business opportunities, and deep tech into practical healthcare solutions that make an impact. You will play a critical role in the product and the company’s success.

What you’ll be working on:

Product Strategy, Planning, and Delivery:

  • Lead product development processes for at least one of our portfolio products from ideation to launch together with the technical Product Owner as your counterpart
  • Employ a continuous discovery approach to understand user needs, integrating user feedback into product development to maximize satisfaction and business impact
  • Develop low-fidelity prototypes for testing purposes
  • Carry out market research and competitive analysis to support the development of business cases
  • Assist in defining and communicating the mediaire product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs
  • Track product performance and assist in identifying new opportunities

Product Marketing:

  • Support the development of go-to-market strategies and positioning with sales and marketing teams
  • Create product marketing collateral for launches and ongoing communications
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success to drive acquisition, retention, and satisfaction through the design and execution of webinars, customer campaigns or surveys

Product Expertise:

  • Train and support internal sales and support teams
  • Act as client-facing product specialist for customers and partners

Your profile

  • Background: 3+ years working experience (no matter if your background is medical, business, psychology or tech – you burn to build healthcare AI products and want to take an interdisciplinary and orchestrating part in it)
  • Industry know-how: Deep expertise in the radiology world
  • Entrepreneurial and analytical skills: effective at breaking down complex problems and driving action
  • Culture Fit: Independent thinker, comfortable in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, team player > ego
  • Design: UX understanding and use of prototyping tools like Figma is a plus
  • Experience and knowledge of SCRUM framework and agile ways of working is a plus
  • Language Proficiency: C1 Level in German and English; every additional language is a plus
