Thomas is a seasoned leader and senior executive in the HighTech software industry…

with extensive experience in sales, marketing, strategy, consulting, business transformation, and digitalization. He has a rich background in the IT industry, having worked on senior leadership levels with leading multinational brands such as Claris/Apple, Microsoft, T-Systems International and Amazon/AWS. He served as the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) of Philips Lighting and Signify DACH and driving AWS MidEnterprise business to new levels, as the Head of Sales MidMarket. Most recently as a Managing Partner, he helped to build up Avaus Oy in DACH, a top tier consultancy and enterprise partner all around data, automation and AI/GenAI.

Thomas’ passion especially extends to fostering the growth of medium-sized enterprises as a core sector in Germany.

He is also not only a proven manager but an entrepreneur, having founded a leading platform dedicated to electric and connected mobility back in 2010, which he developed, introduced and successfully marketed in DACH as one of the first B2B2C-platforms in that new market.

 

His guiding philosophy is encapsulated in his credo: “build – measure – learn – grow.”

He firmly believes in the importance of digitalization.
