🧠 The Role

As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you’ll architect, build, and scale the AI systems that sit at the heart of our platform — from multimodal content generation to real-time inference and performance-aware learning.

You’ll own core components of our GenAI stack: embedding brand memory, creating adaptive scripts and scenes, and orchestrating model workflows across video, audio, and text. This role offers deep technical ownership — with direct product impact and fast feedback from top global brands already using the system.

🛠️ What you bring

• 5+ years of experience in ML engineering, applied research, or related roles
• Hands-on experience shipping production ML systems (esp. GenAI, multimodal, or creative tools)
• Strong command of Python and PyTorch (plus HuggingFace, Triton, or Ray frameworks)
• Experience building and scaling inference pipelines (serverless, GPU, latency-sensitive environments)
• Proven ability to design and iterate on datasets, training pipelines, and fine-tuning setups
• Strong product sense — you care about impact and user value, not just models
• Comfort working autonomously in fast-paced, high-ownership teams

👏 What You’ll Do

• Design multimodal systems: Build models and workflows that operate across text, audio, and video
• Ship LLM-powered tools: Use open-weight or custom LLMs to power use cases like scripting, tagging, captioning, and scene generation
• Embed brand memory: Develop persistent embeddings that capture brand voice, tone, and performance data
• Optimize for speed & scale: Architect inference pipelines with real-time constraints and cloud-native design
• Close the loop: Use ad performance data to drive iterative training and personalization
• Own full-stack ML: Lead across model design, training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring
